I received an email promoting a very interesting site about ethics reform for the legislators of Utah. I have learned that rules and laws will only work if people will follow them or enforce them. Until then its all a waste and we will continue to live in these troubled times!
It starts with you Mr. and Mrs. Law Maker. Will you follow the rules you create? Will you enforce the law you've legislated? I for one will vote against you if you don't.
